Pacione VideoPoker
This game is Freeware

Pacione VideoPoker was born from the memories held by some of my friends and me about the first VideoPoker machine seen around in Italy. I made it in Visual Basic on Win3.1 and recompiled it on Win32 using VB5.
No setup is needed, the zip contains an executable file, place it anywhere you want and just run it (Visual Basic runtime libraries are required for it to work but they are not included).
The sound was originally developed using a 16bit API, so it's gone with the 32bit migration.
You can double your wins with the "Small < 7 < Big" card guessing game.

Many thanks to my friends for their essential role in reproducing the original arcade feel.
